De locatie ten opzichte van alle bezienswaardigheden en restaurants is perfect

Het dakterras hebben we niet gebruikt. Het was te warm, maar ook de sfeer was niet erg uitnodigend.

"Excellent for a city break in Cadiz"

Lovely clean, spacious apartment in Cadiz with a sunny, private roof terrace, excellent for exploring.

The steep stairs ensure you have a work out if carrying heavy luggage! BUT you cannot add a lift to these wonderful old buildings

An elegant well equipped apartment, with good sized rooms and large windows. In the center of cadiz, and just 14 minutes walk to the nice beach. The roof terrace to chill / read. Filipe was very obliging.

Fabulous apartment. Stylish and beautifully furnished. Fully equipped kitchen, great shower and plenty of hot water. Apartment was very close to the cathedral with restaurants and bars less than 2 mins away. Host was amazing - kept in touch throughout our stay and recommended places to eat - Le Poeme for breakfast was especially good. One of the loveliest apartments we’ve ever stayed in.

Not really an issue but stairs were tricky with our suitcases: we are older travellers!

Die Couch und Stuhl im Wohnzimmer sind nicht die saubersten so auch die Bettwäsche im 2 Bett Zimmer. Könnten etwas neuer/frischer sein.

Die Lage ist fanatastisch in einer ruhigen Straße nahe der Kathedrale. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp mit dem Besitzer war extrem gut. Er hat sofort auf Fragen geantwortet. Wir konnten das Appartment sogar früher als vereinbart beziehen. Der Check-In funktioniert problemlos über einen Code. Man kann exklusiv die Dachterrasse nutzen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sieht genauso aus wie auf den gezeigten Bildern. Wirklich hübsch!

Die Wohnung war leider staubig und roch nicht so gut. Es müsste eine Grundreinigung erfolgen. Auf der Dachterrasse fehlt ein Coffee-Table, so dass man sich mal hinsezten und was essen oder tinken kann, oder auch kartenspielen. Auch fehlt ein Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse. Die Terrasse hat Potenzial, was aber nicht genutzt wird. Es fehlen ein paar Pflanzen oder pflegeleichte Olivenbäume. Die Sicht auf die Kathedrale wird durch eine braune, blickdichte Verbrettertung eingeschränkt. Diese könnte man entfernen.
