Some of the facilities could have been better for the price e.g. table and chairs in the apartment and on the roof terrace to enable breakfast / dinner to be eaten in comfort.

"Schöne Stadtwohnung mitten im Leben"

Unser Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Er hat uns im Vorfeld schon viele wichtige Informationen zukommen lassen, so dass wir ganz entspannt bei der Anreise waren. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos abgebildet (das ist ja leider auch nicht immer so) und bietet guten Komfort. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir Cadiz sehr schön erkunden und das Leben in der Stadt hautnah miterleben.

Leider lud die Dachterrasse aufgrund ihrer spärlichen Ausstattung nicht zum Verweilen ein. Aber das ist absolut Geschmacksache. Zudem muss man sich im Klaren sein, dass es sich wirklich um eine Stadtwohnung handelt. Man ist mittendrin! Und die Treppen bis hoch in die Wohnung sind auch etwas anstrengend. Aber das ist alles nicht der Wohnung anzulasten sondern ein sehr subjektives Empfinden!

Su ubicación, muy cómodo para pasear y ver la ciudad. Tenía de todo y muy bonito decorado, como en las fotos. El personal fue muy amable, me dio mucha información y hicieron todo lo posible para ayudarme con todas las dudas y sus recomendaciones fueron muy acertadas. Muy recomendable si deseas pasar un tiempo por Cádiz

Nada. Lo único comentar que no tiene ascensor porque si hay alguien con movilidad reducida.
