The entrance to the apartment will be through the Staymyway App. All guests must register their identity documents (upload photos of identity documents and selfie), and sign the travelers' reports/rental contract through the Staymayway Application before their arrival at the apartment, for subsequent submission to the Ministry of the Interior in compliance with R/D 933/2021 of October 26, regarding the registration of guests in tourist accommodations/hotels. Once you have checked in, you will receive the virtual keys to access the apartment. Guests who do not wish to register their identity documents online, must request check in person at the apartment, this service has a cost of 30 €. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung, super zentral und gut ausgestattet.

Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Anmeldung. Die Gastgeberfirma gibt einem die Wahl zwischen einer Anmeldung über eine App (STAYmyway), bei der man aber seinen Ausweis und sich selbst fotografieren und hochladen muss, oder einer Extrazahlung von 30 Euro für einen persönlichen Empfang. Wenn man lieber auf das Risiko, in naher Zukunft etliche auf den eigenen Namen abgeschlossene Handy- oder Kreditverträge abzuwickeln, verzichtet, kommen also Zusatzkosten hinzu. Für die Verabredung für den Empfang wurden dann sehr konkrete und unflexible Uhrzeiten verlangt.

"An ideal place to stay in Cadiz Old Town"

Friendly & helpful Comms. Pristine accommodation with everything we needed for a comfortable week in Cadiz. Quiet street in central old town location right by the market and cathedral and a ten minute walk to Caleta beach for sunset and a swim. Comfortable bed. Violeta was able to let us stay for an extra night at short notice by rearranging a maintenance visit.

All good, very good!

Piso en el centro al lado de la Catedral, nuevo, camas super cómodas. La limpieza excelente. Volveremos sin lugar a dudas ya que la estancia ha sido súper agradable .

Mi è piaciuto praticamente tutto, la struttura è pulitissima, arredata in maniera molto più che dignitosa per essere una casa vacanze, posizione super strategica.
