The entrance to the apartment will be through the Staymyway App. All guests must register their identity documents (upload photos of identity documents and selfie), and sign the travelers' reports/rental contract through the Staymayway Application before their arrival at the apartment, for subsequent submission to the Ministry of the Interior in compliance with R/D 933/2021 of October 26, regarding the registration of guests in tourist accommodations/hotels. Once you have checked in, you will receive the virtual keys to access the apartment. Guests who do not wish to register their identity documents online, must request check in person at the apartment, this service has a cost of 30 €. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "4 Days in Cadiz"

The location was excellent. 2 minutes from the Cathedral and the main market and only 10 minutes from Train station and bus station. Although it was central it was quiet at night, with no noise from bars or restaurants. The location of the apartment on the 2nd floor was ideal for us and there is a lift. The security is very good . There is a separate outer door and then an inner courtyard. The doors are accessed via an online app which provides additional levels of security The 2 bedrooms were very comfortable and the good sized lounge and kitchen were well equipped. All bedding and equipment was very new and in very good condition. Communication with our hosts was via Whatsapp and they contacted us well in advance to confirm arrival times and and ensure we knew how to get to the apartment. We had no issues to be dealt with during our stay but I am confident that we would have had good and quick resolution if there had been any problems. The description of the apartment, it's location and the facilities on the Booking.com site were very accurate and met our expectations. The comfort and location of the apartment really added to the enjoyment of our stay in Cadiz.

There was not anything that we do not like during our stay at Dulci Arboli. All was great! . 👍

The location of the apartment and the overall presenation of the accomodation and building was excellent - quiet, clean and everything very new. The beds in particular and very comfortable. And individual aircon in each room is fantastic.

Given the size of our family I would have liked another bathroom but that was our problem for not specifying a second bathroom. The bathroom is very large and very up to date.

Great location, spacious

Parking in nearby public garage is expensive. The phone app unlocking doesn’t always work (eg if you have a weak roaming signal) or you let your phone battery die you are in big trouble.
