Appartement correspondant totalement à l’annonce. Bien placé à côté de la plage ; centre-ville facilement accessible en bus. Parking très utile à Cadix. Qualité des échanges et réactivité.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Über die Straße war gleich ein sehr schöner großer Strand

Wir hatten angefragt früher in die Wohnung bzw Garage zu kommen, wurde abgelehnt. Zeigten sich in keinerlei Weise Kompromiß bereit. Sogar 1min vor 16 Uhr kam man nicht ins Haus

La ubicación y el parking

El estudio era poco acogedor, una estancia grande pero estaría bien un poco de intimidad, una separación entre la zona de dormir y la zona de estar, parecía un apartamento de estudiante, con unos plásticos en las ventanas, un armario ridículo, teniendo un buen armario en la entrada que utilizan como trastero.En la cocina, el frigorífico olía mal y se ha mantenido toda la estancia, no había un trapo de cocina, un mantel, una ensaladera, una fuente, una espumadera, un cazo para servir etc, etc Creo que si mejorarán estos aspectos, el apartamento sería de 10. Espero que no solo anoten lo que comentamos, si no que lo tomen en serio
