View is very good. The majestic Mayon is just right in your balcony doorstep

- entrance steps as it is not convenient with heavy luggage. - uneven pavement when you enter the door - smell of mould and wet rug - no water availability- you have to ask for them to turn it on - kitchen drawers were not properly closed - mould in the toilet and under the cabinet - dead COCKROACH on the floor when we arrive - loose toilet seat cover - electric outlet were not properly working - pillows were not comfortable - small things that the customer needs were not looked after

Just the view

Extreemly dangerous rocky steep entry steps. Two people tripped and fell trying to assist with a case and small box groceries. I had to try and brace myself to ascend by holding top of brick side wall and rewarded with 22 red fire ant bites turned septic. Bathroom door handle hanging to door needed to be screwed on tight. Both hot plates severly rusted. After scrubbing off rust 35 mins on high cooking only warm. Every tap leaking water plus stained kitchen sink. Shower was operating icy cold one minute then for no reason scalding hot and then back to cold. Taking a shower was a daily nightmare.

Cockroach eggs under our pillow, 4 cockroach crawling to us in bed, NO WATER!!! We were not even able to sleep at all!!!! Reception and fb page not responsive
