-eine ausgesprochen gute Lage, insbesondere, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist (Bahnhofsnähe); Innenstadt innerhalb weniger Minuten mit ÖPNV erreichbar -nett eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr sauber -Vermieter sehr freundlich, bemüht und unkompliziert

-das zur Hauptstraße ausgerichtete Wohnzimmer verfügt nicht über ausreichende Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten, wenn jemand darauf besonderen Wert legt (mein Sohn glücklicherweise nicht 😉) -ein Staubsauger hätte die ansonsten wirklich gut ausgestattete Wohnung vollendet (Besen und Kehrblech stehen bereit)

"Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage"

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, die Lage ebenfalls. Problematisch ist die Parkplatzsituation.

Sofa für 4 Personen zum sitzen etwas klein, aber aufgrund der Wohnung so Ok. Der Preis könnte etwas niedriger sein.
