central, clean and well equipped

Internet connection was bad

Our second time staying here. The apartment is clean comfortable and well furnished. We had a car and were able to find street parking either directly Infront of the building or within a few minutes walk. You need to be careful as some spots have time restrictions but the signs are understandable without knowing German.

Apartment is clean and tidy. Both living room and bedroom are spacious. Wifi is strong. Kitchen is well equipped and comes with washing machine. Great for quick wash. Bedroom and kitchen heating is great. Heater in Toilet and living room not too effective. Parking is complimentary too. Overall is a comfortable and value for money apartment

Prefer better heating in toilet. Bath towels have an unpleasant smell

Very comfortable apartment. Free parking outside and great location for visiting the towns parks, museums and the Kogress Palais

A very small thing - as this is an apartment and not a hotel, no shampoo was available which is something to remember when travelling by plane

it was not warm enough, especially for a family with a baby, that was not acceptable for us. Even though we informed the owners, they didn’t do much to improve it

The apartment was very nice - very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had basic pots, a nice coffee maker, microwave and had some basic provisions (coffee, salt, pepper, oil, dish soap, sponges). It was nice not to have to go purchase these basic items. There were plenty of dishes, cups, etc. The apartment also had a washing machine and drying rack which was very convenient. There apartment is in a great location very to grocery shopping, several small restaurants and the tram to down town Kassel. I highly recommend the apartment and look forward to staying here on my next visit to Kassel.

If you have mobility issues please be aware that there are either 4 (back door) or 7 (front door) stairs to go up to get to the elevator. I know for many this is not an issue, but the listing was not clear on this.
