Nice apartment with parking along the street. The host have met us personally and gave us good informations. We appreciated the coffee capsules, wash maschine and tumble dryer.

AC is not in bedrooms, only in living room. In bedrooms are ventilators and it didn',t work in one bedroom. We were hot at the night.

The host personally sent someone to hand over the keys who explained us the needed details like the public transport and best routes if you have a rental car

We had to wait a bit as the property location wasn't exact however we guessed the building. But this could be improved.

Wonderful accommodation, a perfect apartment with two beautiful bedrooms, a great living room and a fully equipped kitchen, small balcony, 5 minutes by car to the metro with parking, then only 10 minutes to the very center of beautiful Seville. A wonderful host, he will give you all the necessary instructions for a pleasant stay. Our warm recommendation!

I liked drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning, the 3km away from the metro, which we could take into the city, the tranquillity of the location, and the kindness and hospitality of the hosts. Having parking on the premises was excellent but a bit tight, although much better than trying to park inside the city centre. We appreciated Dale's advice about the train! The oven was lovely, and the kitchen set-up was very functional. Having a washer and a dryer combo was an unexpected plus! If you need a peaceful, safe location with a well-equipped home base to come after a fun day in the city, this is your spot.

There could have been a few more items for cooking, but we cook more than most people since we travel with small children. (It was adequate and enough).

The apartment is cozy, comfortable and with all amenities you need. The host is very responsive, kind and hospitable, Dale came to see us and explained all the details regarding the accommodation, stores, metro station.

Super friendly host. Clean, well equipped in a suburb on the river with easy access to Sevilla on metro.

Amazing apartment that has everything you may need - it's really well prepared and the host was super helpful and explained everything to us. We liked it so much that it's such a shame we only got to spend one night there. I'll definitely come back to Seville again and will be staying for more days. Regarding the location, you have free parking and the metro is close by, so it's easy to use it and go the center, without taking the car with you. There are also a few bars and restaurants nearby, so if you're tired for the day, you can eat close to the place.
