Had all the amenities to cook and TV channels/Netflix

The apartment itself was Ok - it was located at the harbour, but parking and access was outside the harbour parameters. It was in a large residential block which wasn't ideal. Someone let their dog out into the 'inner courtyard' and it barked most of the night. It was running around which in turn kept tripping the security lights on. Parking was on the residential side street and free for all - first come first served. Overall, not a good experience. The lady who handed the keys over was very nice. The actual apartment was OK, but I wouldn't recommend it.

We purposely didn't book anywhere in Seville as we had been previously. We were just 'passing through' to get to Cadiz. I wish we hadn't bothered and had driven straight on. The harbour was quite scruffy with a couple of bars which weren't very welcoming. There was no way of walking to the tube station to get into Seville unless by car - there is no footpath and it's a very busy road. The apartment block is quite dated and left a lot to be desired.

Located 20 minutes drive out of Seville centre, it is convenient for those with their own conveyance. May not suit those dependent on public transport. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen basics. Bathroom was small but served the purpose. Host can communicate in English. Aldi , Lidl and Mercadona are 5 min drive away for those needing to do grocery.

Finding the apartment was a hassle. Pinning location when communicating ( via booking. com messages) would be helpful. A friendly neighbour helped us reach out the owner to find out how to get to the apartment. Our stay was during the week when Europe was experiencing scorching heat. Being the top floor apartment, it received more heat so even though there was an air conditioner unit in the sitting, the temperature was just about bearable. The rooms had pedestal fans but no Air conditioner, so felt hot even when sitting room AC was left on at night. Perhaps another fan in the living room to help circulate cooler air to rest of the apartment would help?

Very nice apartment. Big, comfortable, fully equipped and sparkling clean. 15 minutes by car to Sevilla centre.

Comfortable home and kitchen utilities are all complete

limited car park due to construction work.

All IT is perfect
