I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most uncomfortable Airbnb stays I have experienced. The listing did not adequately prepare us for the layout and conditions of the property. The bedroom is located on the rooftop level of a four-story building, requiring guests to climb multiple flights of stairs. This is extremely difficult for anyone with knee, back, mobility, or elderly family members. The room itself was unbearably hot. There was no central air conditioning. The only two window A/C units were located in the kitchen and bathroom areas and did very little to cool the sleeping area. Because of the heat, we spent as little time as possible in the unit and were forced to leave early each morning and return late at night just to avoid the uncomfortable temperatures. A large glass skylight is positioned directly above the bed. Around 4:15 a.m., the sunlight flooded the room, making it impossible to continue sleeping. The skylight also seemed to increase the heat inside the room during the day. Another issue was the lack of privacy. The host lives several floors below the guest room, and because of the construction of the house, every footstep on the wooden floors creates significant noise. Even when walking carefully, the floor creaks loudly. The most disappointing part of the experience was the host’s communication. We were traveling as a family of three adults and two children. Shortly after arrival, the host repeatedly messaged us demanding an additional $60 fee for our 5-year-old granddaughter. While I understand that hosts have occupancy rules and additional guest fees, the way this was handled felt aggressive and unwelcoming. We received messages immediately upon arrival and were told the host would come to the property to collect payment if it was not sent electronically. I came to Boston to celebrate two major family milestones—my children’s MIT graduations, one earning a PhD and the other a Master’s degree.

A acomodação é super aconchegante, super organizada e completa. Casa cômodo tem seu charme, a casa nos faz sentir em casa. Simplesmente encantadora. O proprietário é muito atencioso, prestativo., disponibiliza, produtos de higiene pessoal, produtos de cama, mesa e banho para todos . Estou muito satisfeita e minha família também! Voltarei com certeza!

The hosts was wonderful they made our stay great

It was clean. It was quiet. The balconies were nice.

It was very warm at night in mid summer. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for one person, but fine for the other person.
