Brienzersee - Direct lake view

Die Lage war Top, besser geht es nicht. Schöne Landschaft, schöne Wohnung

Der Balkon war ein bisschen alt. Das Gebühr für das Pool wurde beim Buchen nicht erwähnt, das finde ich nicht transparent.

This is the third time we have stayed there, because of the excellent view of the Lake. The property is very good for up to four. Veary spacious inside and a lovely balcony you can sit at and look out at the Lake.

This was one of our WORST STAY EVER. Have given 2 stars only for the location. Have listened to of complaints as below. 1. The lady showed up the very first hour of our check in to collect City tax and parking charges which were to be paid in Cash. After that there was no communication even for the questions put on the message box. 2. We were eligible for local pass . In spite of our request, no one bothered to deliver them to us. In fact the same should have been given at the time of collecting city tax. We did miss discounts due to the same. 3. Tried calling 3/4 times on the number shared . All the time it went on to some answering machine. No one bothered to call back. 4. Place was extremely under kept. Sofa’s were very dirty. Bathroom had some constant foul smell . Floor was dirty. Using shower was a challenge. 5. Simple needs like a grater , colander were missing. Each spoon was different to other. 6. Bed quality was extremely poor. My daughter developed a bad back ache due to the same. All the above issues were only due to miss management and taking guests for granted without taking responsibility of ensuring good basic concerns.
