Really central location. The property offers all the basics you could need and the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious.

No complaints considering the price we paid. Some may struggle with all the stairs but we were fine even with 2 small children.

Dirty. The kitchen cutlery is dirty and rusty, crumbs in amongst cutlery in the drawer, dirty trays for oven, tiny smelly fridge. This place feels dirty throughout and the smell is terrible. I don’t think it’s the fault of the owner I think it’s coming from the other flat next to this one. The smell of fried food and cigarette smoke is awful. Upstairs bedroom very noisy. Don’t stay here if any mobility problems as there are 3 sets of steps to contemplate. I guess this is why it’s very cheap to stay here.

The apartment is well located near the centre of Buxton with a parking permit available. Car park is located directly behind property. Apartment is furnished with basics needed for a short stay. Beds were comfortable with clean linen. Shower was warm and plentiful. The host was excellent, with good communication throughout. Overall the property price reflects the standard of the stay. It is a cheap and cheerful place to stay and as such, don't expect the Ritz.

The apartment is impacted by a slightly stale odour, possibly from property below. Whilst this is not terribly unpleasant, it does impact on the feeling in the property. I'm not sure the host can be blamed for this though as it may be out of their control. Additionally, the bathroom sink drain is slow to drain and can be slightly smelly. Only other slight down side was the cutlery is old, with some rust visible on the handles. Replacing this, even with a basic Ikea set would be a positive move. As said above though, it is a bargain stay. We didn't expect the Ritz for this price!

Everything, only thing didn't have which be beneficial to most is a washing machine but absolutely fantastic and a absolute bargain

The property was not as clean as I would hope there was still food on chopping boards and cups not clean and there was an unpleasant smell within the apartment Night time was quite noisy but did as a base for a couple of days.
