NOT AT ALL CLEAN. NOISY LOCATION - Road noise and drunk people yelling. BLACK MOULD ON WINDOW IN SMALL ROOM. Left us very ill. Toilet seat slips to one side. Not comfortable. Needed to wash crockery etc before using. No real parking as stated on advert. The steps, whilst there is a warning, these were not fully detailed. There are 2-3 steep and narrow staircases. One stone external set, one internal set to get to the apartment and another for the main bedroom meaning you have to come down steep stairs if you need the toilet. If you are elderly or have neurological issues, like myself from spinal surgeries, these can be very dangerous.

Great location near to shops. Town. central to bus routes car park pass....We love Derbyshire so it's great for us.
