Great location, clean and comfy beds

There is nothing more you could need! The hosts are extremely friendly and keep you well informed. The property yes has many stairs but as long as you are fit and healthy are easily managed. The rooms are huge as is the bathroom. It’s cosy, well maintained and in a great location

Nothing it was simply great value

We loved that the apartment is three floors, my older son then had his own privacy at the top, he loved the jacuzzi style bath. I used the shower and this was lovely also. The whole apartment was amazing and is the second time we have stayed there. Lorraine was very informative with any information that was required before arriving.

The only thing I could comment in this section is the windows, you hear the traffic noise and it would be quite cold in the winter, however Lorraine gave us instruction how to operate the heating if needed.

Nice finishing touches and lots of games and blankets :)

Nothing

Everything was fantastic. The hosts were brilliant. The apartment itself was wonderful; beds were comfortable, the rooms very spacious, clean, modern and cosy. The hosts had left a welcome basket with coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits, which was a lovely surprise although we had brought our own supplies so didn't need them. The apartment was minutes away from the centre of Buxton, with many lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. We all wanted to stay longer. Parking with the permit was easy.

Nothing to dislike

It was tastefully furnished. Such a lovely apartment. Actually looked better than the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised. All the little flower and plant decor just made it very cozy.

The steep stairs.

Very central location. Big bedrooms and bathroom. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Great communication from owners - could not be more helpful!

Not an issue for us but stairs are very steep to top bedroom if mobility is limited. Hand rails on both sides though.

Excellent communication from the hosts and the apartment is handy for the multitude of pubs and takeaways in this part of town. The location is only a short walk to the prettier sights of Buxton i.e. the Opera House, Pavilion and gardens.

The lack of towels should be clearer. We were travelling as part of a road trip and were not aware that towels were not provided until we had left home. We borrowed a small towel for my wife from a relative and I used the large dog towel we had with us. It does seem to be a major omission especially when the property has a huge Jacuzzi bath available.

The location was excellent and it was a bonus to be able to have free parking during our stay. Due to the hosts providing easy to follow instructions our arrival and entry to the property was stress free. Liked that each bedroom had a TV and the hosts have provided a vast amount of games, books, DVDs etc to keep people occupied if having a night in.

The steep stairs!!! The accommodations is above commercial premises and then split over three floors. Also think the wall mounted vac would be better located somewhere other than in the living room area.
