"Good location and comfort"

I like the room, very spacious, and amenities are great.

the only shortcoming is that upper floor can only reach by staircase... we have a hard time bring up our luggage.

"住宿位置方便，地方大，但沒有洗衣機，最近的自助洗衣店要走20分鐘/搭幾分鐘的巴士，但要留意巴士終電時間(這次1月去的終電時間是8點左右，不知道其他時間會不會有改變)，不需要洗衣服的話是非常好住宿！"

枕頭太軟，希望可有硬一點的枕頭。

"箱根観光に最適ですね"

広さがあって快適でした。場所もグッドです。

広さがあるからエアコンだけじゃ温まらないので、ガスヒーターもつけました。夜はその音が少し気になりました。
