"Ottimo soggiorno"

La camera e in un punto meraviglioso di questa piccola città, dotata di due divani davvero comodi, soprattutto per chi come noi la sera mangia in camera. Leggermente poco curati i dettagli, come il soffitto e le luci un po' così così, ma nel complesso e stato un ottimo soggiorno. Ci tornerei sicuramente

Great location, very spacious, view of ashi lake.

Smell from toilet very musty and no soap in this room had to go to bathroom to wash hands. More expensive than other locations around Japan for less quality but presume this is because of prime location.

"Amazing stay"

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The place was spotless—truly one of the cleanest accommodations we’ve experienced. It was also very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring. The location is unbeatable, easily the best spot in Hakone, with convenient access to everything while still being peaceful and scenic. We would definitely stay here again!
