事前にキーナンバーなどを連絡くれたりとスタッフ対応が良かった。 エアコンが業務用が設置されてるためききがいい。

ソファベッドを伸ばしてベッドにした際に 下からいつからあるか分からない焼いたウィンナーが出てきた。 とても不愉快でした。 トイレ、風呂、キッチンが近すぎて キッチンに立つとトイレに行けないし、入っていてもでれない。 風呂も同様。 湯船はなく、シャワーのみでした。

Staff was good response. Location is good, near convenient stores, restaurants, shrine and in front of Hakone.

Room look not yet complete (it may be design), room cannot keep voice from outside.

"Logement très bien pour une nuit"

La situation ideale du logement,proche terminus hakone yumato, proche de l'embarcadaire pour le bateau, proche 7eleven. Consigne au terminal du bus mais attention que éspéce et pieces de 100 uniquement. Logement propre et bien équipé, des pantoufles, pyjamas et brosse à dents prévues.

Le logement manque de finition et d' isolation, la climation au dessus de nos têtes pour dormir qui fait beaucoup de bruit.
