We paid hotel cost by credit card. But we got e-mail from booking and it was German language. If course we did not understand. We went to apartment but we could not enter because we did not have code for door. It was writting in the long German mail that we have to pay 400,- € deposit for 2 room and we need to do it with pay pall. We are coming from Turkiye and we do not have Pay Pall. we called the responsible person we informed her and she did not helped us. We had our French friend with us and he sent 400,- € from his account and we can get the code. It is also shame for booking.com because there was no information about 400,- € deposit. If we know that we can choice normal hotel.

Position is good and apartment is new.

The host sent me an email the same day of the check in saying we had to pay a deposit of 200 euro per each apartment. After the deposit the host give you the code for the door. The code system did not work for one apartment and we had to contact the host multiple time. The host reset the code and we were able to enter into the apartment. The 2nd day the code did not work anymore. We had to contact the host to reset it again. The apartment is new and nice. Not many furniture. The bathroom is big and empty.. not a box on the shower. The clean is not good.. Just the bed sheets were changed but the rest of the apartment was not clean. Knifes and forks were dirty also there is a nespresso machine full of old capsules. The host left 2 capsules, and 2 pieces of sugars the one you get from the bar.. very old. I did not use it. The apartment is in the middle of the town and it is in a new building. it is new. It is a pity that they do not really manage the cleaning. They could do much more to get it nicer.

Never book with this host, you can pay an additional 200.-

Before booking, note the property requires a 200€ deposit via bank transfer. they claim it is because of a nice tv and nespresso maker. have stayed at properties with these amenities with no deposit required. the Deposit requirement is HIDDEN under all the Covid-19 restrictions.
