No soap in the bathroom

Very practical Flat, well located.

We arrived and there was only 1 chair when it’s a flat for 2 people. Had to ask for one more. No kitchen towels or washing product for the dishes. No shampoo or shower gel. Dust in the flat and dirty windows. No curtains, do there is not much privacy from neighbours at night. The terrace is shared with the neighbours but not indicated. For a 200£ caution which asks to clean, I think the flat should offer all amenities to clean.

Communication was not good. Had to ask for the check-in details. Was sent a jumble of numbers and letters with no instructions on what was what or which codes or part codes to use on the front door or the apartment door. Kitchen was poorly stocked. No cups. No forks. One spoon. Had to go to the store next door and buy cutlery, cups and coat hangers. Apartment next door shared our balcony and could see right into our bedroom if we left the shutters up. That apartment was let to three male workers who came home at about 3am each morning and sat on the balcony less than 1 metre from our bed and smoked, drank and talked loudly every morning! We could not wait to leave! We gave up communicating our frustration with the manager as we were in a group of three families who had all experienced poor service from the manager. These apartments are really not suited to leisure travellers (especially apartment 5) as surrounding apartments are let to guest workers.

Owner Visited apartament during my stay. towels are stinky no bath cosmetics not clear deposit rules
