Jackies Studio Apartment

The host Jackie was a great communicater and ensured she was available as soon as we arrived, and showed us through the room. The apartment was next to a shopping centre which was convenient and right near restaurants and pubs. It's about a 15 min walk down to the Esplanade, which is easy as all flat.

The little touches like snacks, variety tea and coffee, paper towels. Very clean and tidy, comfy. Lovely pools. Thanks for a quick but lovely stay.

Very nice, central to shops, close to everything on foot. Jackie was friendly and met us on arrival.

It was all good.

We liked the personalized service provided by Jackie. We also liked the fact that the studio was decorated as a home. It had coloured sheets and towels, paintings and lots of kitchen appliances crockery and cutlery. The three pools were lovely and Jackie provided nice big pool towels.

The TV was not a smart TV and probably too small considering you are mainly watching it from the bed.

Jackie had great communication. Had a meet and greet. Very friendly and helpful and gave us a run down. Apartment spotlessly clean and equipped. Not too far from the main esplanade and a pretty easy walk. Beautiful pool areas and very good laundry facilities. Awoken first morning at 5.00 am by a reversing prime mover truck into a loading dock which the balcony overlooks. It was then followed by crashing, banging, voices and laughter of workers loading/unloading truck which is only 20 metres from the balcony. It only happened once out of the three mornings, so it was the only negative.

二つあったIHのコンロの奥側が温まらず、手前の方を試したら使用できました。慣れていなかったので最初に使い方を確認しておけばよかったなと思いました。

Clean, comfortable, greater location, close to the cruise terminal. Jacket is a great host.
