Location was good that is all.

The apartment is located in a property that was very rundown and unkept. The path leading to the room had dog faeces, the patio had broken furniture and an outdoor table didn’t have a top. No view to speak of unless you’re standing at the kitchen door.the air conditioner did not work. The apartment itself was very dated, dark, looked like it was furnished with old second hand furniture, including the sagging bed…. All needed to be replaced, the couch/s smelt of urine and were filthy. Serious stale musty smell throughout. There was no contact with the staff or owners - only blunt text messages.

La ubicación perfecta para visitar Jasper y alrededores. Es un apartamento muy espacioso. Se puede comer en el cómodamente ya que tiene una mesa para 4 personas nevera microondas máquina de café etc. También varios espacios para descansar.

Faltaría renovar la cama

La comunicación con el anfitirón sencilla y ágil. El apartamento está en la parte superior de la casa con independencia total para entrar y salir de la propiedad. Tiene todas las comodidades. Todo muy limpio el baño con ventana y mucha luz es un plus. La ubicación dentro de Jasper es muy buena y se puede ir caminando a tiendas y restaurantes.

La cama es demasiado blanda pero a ciertas personas les puede gustar esto.

Lovely host including Poppy the dog. Great location and very clean. The aircon in the bedroom was very much appreciated. Comfortable sofas too.

The bed was a bit soft and creaky for our comfort but it wouldn't put me off staying again.

It was a quiet neighbourhood yet a stone throw from trail walking, food and activity centres.

The host was hostile when we arrived at the accomodation. She chided us for not following the instruction to get into our apartment without interrupting her evening with her family. She also implied tt we shn not have booked her accomodation as we had been unable to even find our way to her address. I felt that this place should be blacklisted from Booking.com after your investigation. Amenities in the room were old and the place is dusty. Felt like no prep effort was put in before we arrived. The air cooler wasn't working, so was one of the lighting. The bamboo blinds were old and difficult to keep in place. Since our first attempt to inform her was received with such intense negativity, we did not repeat our discomfort with the above with her. There were alot of wires plugged into few electrical points. Felt so unsafe staying there. The pillows smelt old and had an overused stench.

It was great to have our own space within walking distance to everything in Jasper. The bathroom was modern and clean.

Cooking facilities. There was a. Microwave and a well stocked kitchenette, but it would have been wonderful to have a cooktop to prepare home cooked meals.

Good little top floor separate dwelling from house with kitchenette and bathroom, location close to downtown, easy check-in with great communication from owners

Bed squeaky but mattress good, stairs to the room, parking out front
