Owner was a bit rude on the phone, he dismissed me before he could here wat I was saying,the road going there is very bad

When i speak to the owner of the property, he said we didn't communicate with me before he don't know what I'm talking about, because i did communicate with him about my changes and he agreed he said this is the clinic and i was so disappointed.

It's a nice place. Due to its helpful staff, I have frequently visited Siyaya's Guest Palace.

Its proximity to local attractions makes it ideal for those wanting to immerse themselves in the vibrant surroundings. The staff is friendly and accommodating, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere of the guesthouse. However, my stay was somewhat overshadowed by several discomforts. There were notable water shortages and issues with low pressure in the towers, which made basic tasks quite challenging. Additionally, the electrical wiring seemed inadequate, leading to occasional power fluctuations. It was also disappointing to find a lack of kitchen cutlery, limiting the ability to prepare meals comfortably. To truly enhance the experience, Siyaya Guest Palace should have a dedicated professional manager overseeing operations and addressing these issues. With some improvements, this place has great potential to be a top choice for travellers.
