Vittore and Eric are super hosts,their house is stylish and beautiful,especially the rooftop with swimming pool is gorgeous,location is great,right in the center of Cari’s,reach everywhere within 15 mins walk,certainly recommend it.

Beautiful restored merchant house. Great convenient location on one side of a lovely quiet pedestrian square. Vittore and Eric have created a very special place - beautiful spacious interiors and lovely verdant roof garden and pool. Super helpful hosts regarding bookings and local sights seeing.

Beautiful apartment, with character and excellent attention to detail. We met one of the owners (Vittore) who was very welcoming and couldn't have done more to make us feel comfortable. He advised us on the best activities, restaurants etc in Cadiz and showed us around personally. The building itself is even more wonderful in the person and we really enjoyed the rooftop area, its the perfect little oasis. We wished we had stayed longer and have already recommended La Casa del Consul to family and friends. Don't hesitate to book here.

We needed to order breakfast which cost €15 each which was enjoyable with lots of different breads however no cooked breakfast which we had enjoyed in our hotel in Seville at a cost of €16.50 which was very good value. No need to pre-order in the hotel as they had a “breakfast bar” There was a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge and 2 small bottles of water and 4 coffee capsules.

If we wanted extra coffee the price list showed that we would be charged €2 per capsules which seemed a bit expensive as though we were buying from a shop! Whereas we were paying guests in an apartment block.

Beautifully and stylish refurbished building with such attention to detail. The apartment was spacious and lovely. It was really comfortable too, with high quality bed linen and luxury towels. We chose to have breakfast and it was perfect - everything was so fresh and good. We loved the terrace area and pool - a great area for relaxing after a day out. The recommendations of places to visit and local restaurants were great and so helpful

Sublime....enjoyed every moment. Fantastic reception and introduction from the owners to their Casa and Cadiz Outstanding rooftop, apartment and central location. When we return this will be our base again.

We loved everything.

Good location: property situated in a lovely square, close to the waterfront. Property: beautiful old 5 story terraced house, filled with artwork. Communal areas, including laundry facilities. Room: spacious, modern fittings, small kitchen area. Host: friendly hosts who provided a 30 minute overview of things to see, recommended restaurants and other activities.

Vittore and Eric both met with us and gave us a wonderful summary of places to visit in Cadiz as well as a tour of La Casa Del Consul, including the rooftop terrace.

Everything was perfect.
