Location near to everything. Clean rooms, kitchen everything you needed. Showers good and hot water plentiful. Lift was an asset as apartments on third floor.

The balcony could do with a little cosmetic attention.

L appartement etait dans état non louable pour nous manque propreté le sol en parquet complètement casse . Jsuis en cane et du fait au sol j ai perdu l équilibre et me suis blessée...fuite dans la sdb manque de silicone donc non étanche. On a informé l agence demandons un geste commercial a ce jour tj pas de réponse. Une honte de louer cet appartement là terrasse une horreur. Je ne recommande pas du tout alors qu il pourrait être tres sympa. Comptons sur booking pour un remboursement

The modern apartment was clean and well appointed. Great large outside terrace with fantastic views.

Great location only marred the very noisy building work opposite. Everything was within easy walking and the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped.

Nothing that we didn’t like.

Outside are could do with an upgrade desperately.Don't know when the photos were taken for the website, it wasn't recently so your disappointed when you get there and see the reality. Renovation work going on directly opposite the apartment. The car lift was a nightmare, thankfully my husband is an excellent driver. Our car was within the dimensions for the lift, . What they don't tell you is the street outside is one way and busy,its narrow and had scaffolding protruding on to the road due to the renovation work on the building opposite which made getting into the lift extremely difficult. As a result once we got the car into the lift and parked we left the car there till we left as it was more trouble than it was worth to take the car in and out every day . This ment we were limited to what we could do with my disabled son.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, geräumige und lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit großer Dachterrasse und Meerblick. Zentrumsnah und doch sehr ruhig gelegen.

The flat is spacious and there is a small sea view. Having a parking is a plus, despite it being stressful to get in.

The flat lacked maintenance, the terrace had a lot of weeds, one of the sheets had black stains on it, the master bedroom was very dusty, there was mold on the shower wall

We loved the location. It was only a 10 minute walk from all the main attractions and easy for getting the bus within a 5 minute walk. Restaurants and supermarkets all within 5 minute walk. It had a huge patio, which would probably be used a lot more in warmer months. It was a spacious flat.

The bathroom door didn't close as the flooring was old and broken. Not a major problem, but when privacy is needed we used the ensuite. The bed was very uncomfortable, though I realise that this is personal choice. We couldn't use the second bedroom as the shutters were broken and in the open position. Not the owner's fault, but building work was going on in the opposite building, which started very early on our third morning for the duration of our stay. We have stayed in Spain many times in the last few years and usually receive a welcome pack with some cleaning materials and a book with information. It would have been nice to have a teatowel and some info. Lastly, we lost our first day in trying to find the office to collect the keys. We have never had to do this before and have always had a key lockbox. It was very stressful and not the best start to our holiday.
