No 38 Cádiz

Great apartment in a great location.

Location was great, upstairs was a lovely light bedroom, nice courtyard, very tasteful and arty furnishing.

Tiny kitchen (but well equipped) and downstairs bathroom.

Well equipped. Clean. Very modern. Had everything one needs for a stay doing they'er own cooking.

The need was way way to soft ... sink in pillowy. For me I prefer a hard mattress. We ended up sleeping on the sofa bed which worked okay. It did not feel like a our space. It felt like we were in some one else's apartment filled with their belongings. If you are not bothered by that then the place has everything you need.

The location, right in the middle of town and within walking distance from everything you want to see.

The parking was too far away, specially if you have luggage. And the price of the nearest parking turned out to be 24.95 instead of 14,95 (as first stated) which is why we went to a parking which was further away. the appartment is very dark, with no view on the outside. Probably ok in the summer but in winter, it was a pity not to be able to see what the weather was like without going out.

Hot water was limited. Some issues with the locks ( but that's the building()

Wonderful welcome from Mario. Great communication. Perfect location. Personalised list of ideas of restaurants, bars, sightseeing, much of which we took advantage of. A wonderful 2 nights in Cadiz.

What a wonderful place. So beautifully designed and fully equipped for the travellers who have limited luggage. Everything was there in the apartment for us.! So important and refrshingly good for travellors . Well done for supporting independent travel 🥰The apartment had everything including plenty of tea and coffee, toiletries, and everything for a relaxing stress free stay. Mario was so helpful...the best host we have come across in our travels in Spain.

The property was fabulous and in a great location. It looked exactly as it does in the pictures, in fact even better!

There was nothing to dislike.
