Rather steep stair up to sleeping area, but not a problem unless you have significant mobility issues.

Lovely apartment with all the amenities you need. Very well decorated with a lovely patio. Mario gives handy recommendations on paper what to do and see. Left a bottle of water and wine in the fridge. Very quiet in the midst of a big city.
