SGgenerally very clean pool was well maintained house and facility was well maintained
rooms- clean, blankets were thin but warm enough common bathroom - water heater was not working kitchen - small cockroaches seen in the kitchen, only chanced upon at night, I believe was a one-off event

1. No mirror in bedroom 2. No hair dryer 3. No toiletries rack or space to put toiletries 4. Only set of 1 access card and keys for 7 persons to share is inconvenient. 5. Karaoke set not working

MYSGClean apartment, good location with sks mall and food nearby. Good spacious parking place. Pool was big but we didnt use.
Staff required us to provide a deposit before giving us the check in details, only informed us around 2 hours before checkin but we were already on the way so we could only hurriedly transfer the money right outside the apartment guardhouse as they did not let us in without the checkin details. Should have given us a headsup so we could settle the deposit the day before and not panic right outside the guardhouse.

GBLocation, proximity to small neighborhood mall and numerous eateries, wonderful estate staff (security) and residents, excellent layout of estate and generally the unit and estate both appear very new and well-kept. Easy check in and communications. Superb cleanliness of unit.
Could do with common bathroom mirror, microwave, heatproof teacups/mugs (rather than only plastic mugs) and a few clocks around the house. Nonetheless, I would stay again without hesitation.
