SENice apartment with a well equipped kitchen, nice living room, two bathrooms and a balcony. The washing machine was a plus! The pool was big and well maintained.
The ceiling in the smaller bathroom looked like it was about to come down in one corner, probably water damages. Looked like mold in that same corner. Also one of the AC units could do with a proper cleaning, it didn't smell nice.

SGlocation is ok since we drive. there is security at the apartment and the carpark looks safe and well lit.

1. Stain on bed sheets 2. Karaoke did not work 3. Swimming pool had no water (should notice guests beforehand) 4. Fan was in dangerous condition 5. No instruction on how to use facilities like the electric water heaters for shower.
