Castle Terrace (B3 R3)

I liked that the building was secure. Room ok. Could see wear and tear, but it was clean and well presented.

Getting the 3 codes to the building is hard work. I received messages from an unknown number asking for my bank details over text message. This is not a secure way to provide bank details. Booking.com declare on their website that they would not ask for bank details this way. I was close to booking somewhere else. After many many messages, I was sent a secure link. I received over 10 emails prior to my stay. This was overkill. It made me feel uneasy about the apartment before I arrived. I even had information regarding how to work the heater before arriving. This could be information inside the room.

Dirty - small bed filthy mattress mouldy shower you couldn't swing a cat in the room crockery hadn't been washed. We booked for two nights but couldn't stay there it was by far the worst place we had ever stayed
