The location was great for us .the property is very secure .the shower was red hot .it does have everything you need for a night out.the heating was good too ..all the information I recieved was accurate aswell .overall for the cost we can't complain about the room .

Room could do with a little tlc . My biggest concern was that the rooms were for 2 people. But at 107 in the morning, I was woken up by at least 3 may be 4 people coming out of the room opposite. Everyone of the inconsiderate and disrespected cretins loosed the main room firedoor till it slammed .than each one loosed the corridor door, and I evan heard the front door shut .I evan heard one cone back in and do exactly the same . We booked in at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. We could hear a lot of people's voices in the room opposite .we were so quiet booking in as we respect other people',it's such a shame that they can't be the same .when we came in later on we were quite and I closed the door by the handles to save makeing a noise .these people need to get some respect and manners for other people .the room was also kitted out with kitchen stuff for one person .there was only one cup .one lot of cutlery .

It was in a good location

We were in one of your apartment for two nights. They have given some towels with two biscuits with the bed. The room was pretty good sized with essentials however it was dusty. And I am allergic to this, also the heating wasn’t working at this place which I have reported. First night was pretty good apart from heating and dusty, silent environment however on the second night it was so noisy. Someone was having loud music, using hoover’s in the midnight. Also not sure late night party going on next room near to us until 4-4:30am. On top of that someone was constantly banging on our door from midnight which made us feel so vulnerable and scared. It was so daunting experience, I have travelled with my mom so many places beforehand and this is first time I am having such a bad experience. Not sure this is normal in Birmingham? I also notice that the quiet time starts from 20:00- 07:00 in the policy that offered to the property. However this wasn’t the case. I had one of the worst experiences staying with booking.com I would never recommend any one to book this place who like peace and quiet for a day or two on your holidays. There was no reception to this place over night time and so not sure who to contact. The only one thing we were thinking is to escape early in the morning. We can also hear a child too. Not slept whole night and we were having a long journey back to our home now. It will be better if you could be more strict to your policy of maintaining quiet hours as it is as I don’t think this is happening.One thing I don’t understand is why people banging in door, if your not willing to open and then why are they banging again? Please have a look in to this security issue as I don’t think it’s safe. I am not sure who was doing this but it was such a worst experience in my life with family.
