While bathing , water was cut. And had to stay with soap in my body for a good 30 minutes. Couldn't use wifi, cause no one knew the WiFi password. The place was totally different from the pics in the site. No privacy as the reception area has a screen showing that there are hidden cameras in the room

I need my refund plz, the picture on the booking totally different from wat we got, booked under 15 minutes arrived and place was not per advert,didn't sleep tho we said for 2 nights, we asked for refund n didn't even spend 5 minutes, im not happy coz no refund even a 80% would do but all my money down the drain

We wanted a couple room but Got 6 x single beds, room furniture nit per advertised, bathroom by shower dirty, windows overlooking the beach terrible, small fan...it is not wat we saw in booking, tried getting refund if the 2 nights we paid for,we didn't sleep we left immediately but host kept saying talk to booking com about refund not very helpful..worse part we booked and n paid 2 nights and under 15 minutes of booking we arrived and told them we canceling due to not getting wat we wanted but nothing..this is very upsetting I need my money back

Dear Mam I am writing to formally cancel my booking for Durban seaside apartments, reservation number 5293389381 Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards reasonably expected based on the listing. The accommodation did not correspond to the photos and description advertised, which were misleading regarding the condition and amenities of the property. In addition, the behavior of the property owner was unprofessional and inappropriate, making the stay uncomfortable and unacceptable. This conduct, combined with the discrepancies in the listing and the poor level of service received, left me with no choice but to discontinue my stay. Due to these issues, I am requesting cancellation of the booking without penalty and a full refund for the unused portion of my reservation.

Firstly it's false advertising on booking.com. the room we were given was a dingy, stinking room that made me so depressed as everything was old, broken and smelly. I phoned the host immediately to give me my refund as the room that is advertised on booking.com is nowhere close to the pics. The host then said she will give me an upgrade which is the room advertised on booking.com. I mean really. Even the room advertised is smelly, the floors are terrible looking, looks likes it's been used by tens of thousands of people. Microwave doesn't work,water in taps are so complicated as one must open the other taps to get water in the another tap. No toiletries, no towels,beddings and pillow case covers old.The light in the ensuite doesnt work. I really don't understand how booking.com can actually advertise this kind of false advertising. The host has got rules on the walls as if you are some person who lives on the street and check out time 9am. Also we as guests must take out the garbage and put it outside. We are on holiday coming from Capetown ....I mean really. Is this a guest holiday apartment or a tenant renting the apartment. Never ever ever again. I would rather stay at the blue waters hotel or the southern sun.

I only liked where it is located. It's located at south beach and next to many facilities

The place is not clean, there were brooms lying around. The bathroom was very dirty. The linen was very bad. The door entering to the apartment was very dirty. I would not recommend it to anyone. I ended up not sleeping there, I forfeited my money because there was no way I could sleep there.
