Staff were unwelcoming. Apartment itself looked like a school dormitory. There were no lights in the bathrooms. There was no place to sit, just many beds. I was too scared to even sit on the bed as the linen did not look clean and the entire apartment had an awful smell. Security was an issue as I didn't know if there were more bookings for the same apartment for that night.. I just walked right out and handed in the keys. I went to book at another hotel I will definitely not be recommending this place and is extremely disappointed that it is even advertised on Booking.com

Самое ужасное место которое я посетила в Южной Африке! Грязь, фотографии совершенно не соответствуют действительности, всё в не рабочем состоянии, стулья разломаны, тараканы,входная дверь сломана! Всё было так мерзко, что через 15 минут нахождения в этих развалинах, мы сразу же выехали от туда и сняли другие апартаменты. К сожалению пришлось платить второй раз, но оставаться в этой клоаке было просто не возможно. К сожалению нельзя поставить минус

I liked that it was close to the beach

There were dirty pads in one of the bathrooms, the house was not cleaned or tidy. The bed sheets were smelly as if they were never washed. We had no iron nor mop.

Well located no need to use my car to move around loved it.

The apartment floors were not clean. The main door to the apartment gets stuck when opening and closing, there were no ice trays in the freezer. The water jug was dirty. The hot water taps would not run unless the cold-water tap was opened first. Main bedroom door handle loose. the end-suite door not mounted on the rail and could not be used and had to try and secure it from falling. The balcony was dirty, and the chairs provided on the balcony were dirty. Sliding doors do not open and close easily.
