The location was awesome

The property is being deliberately misrepresented in a manner that is misleading and deceptive, which constitutes a clear violation of Section 29 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Significant mould growth and dirt on walls posing a health risk, the couch and ottoman were in a filthy condition; stained and covered in dirt; curtains were not only dirty but also covered with visible mould, emitting an unpleasant odour throughout the property; water dripping from electrical switches, a major safety hazard posed an immediate risk of electrocution; infestation of cockroaches, added to the unsanitary conditions; pillows dirty and with a strong, unpleasant odour.

was clean and good location

No air-conditioning... was really uncomfortable with the heat. no TV as it was not working. we had a child, and he was very bored. even us the adults were bored , the main door couldn't open or close easily. had to bang it. a window was broken and falling. the showers were terrible, almost no pressure in taps. the shower doors were broken. Tried contacting the owner on many occasions , but he never answered his phone neither did he call us back... Was a total waste of my money , if I knew this place was like this I would of never stayed there.Beds were so uncomfortable as well.

The location of the place was great and gaining access to the apartment was quote straightforward and easy.

The building and the apartment itself are not well maintained. The wifi only lasted a few hours then the data was finished.

We couldn’t talk with my friends coz they were complaining about noise. And it wasn’t even loud. The security was kept on nocking in our room😢. We ended up sleeping early

Everything , the place was not the pictures on bookings .com . It was full of cockroaches , moisture mold on the walls , leaking shower into the kitchen and outside , broken shower doors , sec9nd bathroom doesn't work . Cockroaches in the dishes , no air vents , dirty bedding and curtains , security was terrible and refused to give me access to the apartment and was rude and racist. I complained to the owner Nikeel Pillay but he stopped answering my calls to refund my stay. The apartment was a catfish and I have pictures to prove everything. Very disappointed that booking.com rate this disgusting place so high .
