Ashton Apartments Central Park

Location is great, very close to Gateway mall, restaurants and beaches. Safe parking and good security. Spacious balcony

The air conditioner was not working. Wifi worked first two days only, I had to purchase data thereafter No plug for the sink in the kitchen, struggled to wash dishes. One shower door broken DSTV package excludes sport channels, e.g. rugby and cricket which are most popular for most viewers.

EVERYTHING. THE PLACE IS A DUMP AND IS NOT THE APARTMENT ON THE SITE. BROKEN DOORS AND WINDOWS. CARS IN CARPARK WITH SMASHED WINDOWS.

i checked in after hours so i collected the keys were collected from at another apartment across the road from a security guard and not from reception of the same building and I am not sure why they have this arrangement because the building has a 24 hour reception.

The shower door does close fully and water leaks to the floor, the oven was not clean, had some oil residue at the bottom which gave an awful smell and smoke when it was switched on, there is water leak by the kitchen door, no mirror in the smaller bedroom

Location and value for money

The facilities aren’t maintained, the showers are missing parts of the door. The WiFi didn’t work. There is limited crockery and the host stopped responding to messages after you check in. So if you have any issues you’re on your own. With minor fixes this can be a great place.

Cleanliness of apartment and cockroaches. I left the apartment on the same night I checked in...I await my refund at the soonest

Location and accommodation was excellent. Clean and modern facilities that was a walking distance from all amenities. Value for money.
