Ashton Apartments Central Park

The apartment is spacious. Very conveniently located. Reasonably priced.

The apartment needs fumigation. Had an issue with coackroaches.

I enjoyed the space, the quiteness. The apartment had everything we required. Beautiful modern home.

The checkout time was very early and we had to rush to get out. Our flight was only in the evening.

The block of flats is in a prime location next to Gateway shopping mall and I always stay here when I'm in Durban

The apartment I was booked in this time had lots of cockroaches and a damp wall indicating some water leakage inside the wall. The landlord needs to do maintenance on the apartment.

The location was excellent as it was near to everything and very convenient

Most of the furniture in the apartment is broken and falling down .

Great spacious apartment...very clean, neat and tidy. Located very near many shops and food outlets.

No teas and coffees provided as per picture advertised.

The staff member who came to assist with the keys was not really happy. She looked very sad and worried. Other things that are in the pictures are not found in the apartment. The sitting room curtains were not at all clean. What terrified me the most was the cockroaces
