The couch is old, kitchen utensils need an upgrade and the showers are filthy

Broken door, incomplete shower, cochloches, water leakage, no wifi connection.

Tried contacting the host to report broken items and things not working . Was blatenly ignored.

SELF CATERING , KITCHEN NOT CLEANED , AIRCON LEAKING ..FRIDGE LEAKING ..BAD SMELL ON THE LOUNGE SET ..CIGARETTES STUMPS IN FLOWER POTS ...CARPETS AT THE SHOWER VERY BAD CONDITION .. BEDROOM 2 BASIN TAP OUR OF ORDER ..MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR KEY OPENER DAMAGED AS IF IT WAS A HOUSE BREAK PREVIOUSLY AND NO ONE ATTENDED TO FIX OR REPAIR THE LOCK. ON OUR WAY CHECKING OUT CLEANER ARRIVED KNOCKED DOOR WALKED IN NO INTRODUCTION ...AS TO WHO OR WHOM SHE REPRESENT

Bathroom needs to be cleaned properly poor hygiene Condition, no detergents available as we had to buy our own not even toilet paper, self catering does not mean there shouldn't even be kitchen paper towels or toilet paper and cleaning detergents this should already be in the house. The aircons leaks so badly it cannot be used. The fridge leaks horribly there's a towel under the fridge it's so ratchet and the freezer door does not close. The ensuit sink tap does not work, water pressure is slow in showers and there aren't any neat or tidy dishes that are able to be used, no glasses to be used either we had to invest in paper dishes Over of space and good area, nice private place but condition of the place not the best would consider booking again if the following is paid attention too But would not recommend if these things aren't attended to as it would not be value for money in this case

Very neat and clean. Homely apartment. AC in the living area helped with the heat.

Durban was hot. I wish the apartment had ac's in the bedrooms. TV was not operational - we wanted to get an update on weather and the news but could not.
