The apartment is neat and well kept except there is no ventilation and the AC does not work in any bedroom or throughout the entire apartment

There is no AC in the apartment, and this was not disclosed ,Durban is generally hot, and the humidity levels are high. Only upon arrival did we notice that the AC system did not work, and we were then notified by maintenance that it has not been working since December and had not been fixed since. They have 2 fans in the entire apartment circulating hot air, which is terribly uncomfortable in the summer months.
