Luxury City Centre Apartment, Exeter.

Lovely quiet location. Clean with lots of interesting artwork and books - everything provided - perfect for a short stay. Slight problem with keys but it was a misunderstanding on our part and the host was very helpful.

Pillows a bit lumpy but beds were very comfortable and , being elderly , could have done with a grab rail and shelf in the shower but .....very minor niggles in an otherwise perfect apartment.

Really nice apartment, warm, spacious, comfortable and central. About a 10 minute walk to the centre. Lovely, huge windows overlooking trees. Really appreciated the tea/coffee/biscuits etc, which were left on a tray for us. Very nicely appointed with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and so on. Ideal to have private parking at the back.

Really difficult to open fridge door as it doesn't have a proper handle (managed to break a few nails). Mostly very clean, but grubby on the inside of the shower cubicle door.

The apartment is beautiful and convenient for most of the city.

Lovely interior, high ceilings and lots of space. Really good place to stay, 15 minutes walk from the High Street. Excellent parking around the back of the property. Loved it!

Fantastic, super clean flat, great location, and friendly hosts.

The location was convenient and the facilities in the flat were good with lots of space in the living/dining area. Nice views from big windows at the front with good quality furnishings and crockery etc. It was very clean and warm everywhere with adjustable radiators - we were able to switch the heat back on also if required. It was useful to unload the car close to the front door too.

The communal entrance was not great with very muddy footprints/paw prints on cream carpet all the way upstairs past our entrance to the very top…not easy to put right as clearly a mess made by other residents. Once inside the flat it was fine…The key safe was a little difficult in the dark and rain but we managed… The car park was a little hard to find in the dark and the gate was opening and closing on its own when we got there but seemed to have settled down during the second day.

Good central location, lovely and clean and with everything you need provided.

Beds were not quite right for our needs, which was our fault for not checking with the owners.
