The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need for a lovely city break. It is well situated and is only about a ten minute walk to the city centre

The property is very clean, spacious and very roomy. The apartment is very well situated close to the city centre and in a very quiet area. The apartment is very accessible with great communication from the owners. Answering any questions or queries you have/had?

Not much to be negative about this lovely property. If I had a negative it would be that there wasn’t much work space in the kitchen. But this is a very small negative!!

Comfy, fresh and spacious appartment on the 1st floor with large windows overlooking green space. Accurate discription and great comunication so no problems or surprises. Thank you for welcome pack, we were visiting for a family wedding and hadn't had chance to pick up some milk so being able to make a cuppa with fresh milk and biscuits was very much appreciated, thank you 🙂

The apartment is everything you could want for a lovely stay in Exeter, it is close to the city centre. The location was perfect for everything we needed to do and parking space is a bonus.
