Luxury City Centre Apartment, Exeter.

The apartment is gorgeous, high ceilings, lovely furnishings. Everything you could possibly need is already there, from hairdryer and iron to board games, books and dvd's. Very clean. Easy access to the shops etc. Located in an extremely quiet street. Hosts answer any questions you may have very quickly.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

Had arranged for early access but flat not cleaned and ready for us. Could be cleaner and better quality bathroom fittings. Step from kitchen area was a hazard and resulted in an injury.

Lovely large, bright, comfortable apartment in great location. Handy having private parking. It was clean and fresh. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay here again.

Great location on a quite street a short walk from the city centre. Wonderful apartment with high ceilings and a lovely classy feel to the place. Nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Private secure parking at the rear. Host was wonderful and very flexible on check in and check out.

Lovely tall ceilings with beautiful Georgian windows making it light and airy in the rooms. Kitchen had good selection of crockery, glasses and utensils. Comfy sofas and a good quality Sony TV with Netflix etc. 2 good size bedrooms with comfortable beds. Shower was good. Both bathrooms were very clean. Garden opposite but we did not use. Good parking in private car park. Tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits on arrival. Shops nearby for provisions. Quiet street.

Automatic gate on the car park was not operating when we were there but was left open so you could use the car park. Another set of keys would have been useful.

Lovely and cozy apartment. Friendly host, clean and functional. Spacious. It has everything we needed, plus the host even provided cookies to welcome us. WIFI and TV works well.
