Esra Hotel Apartment

The size of the apartment was reasonable enough. There was ample space for parking. They were quick enough to arrange for our pick up from border when requested, on urgent basis.

My booking was for 5 persons whereas I was provided bed space for 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Upon asking, they first checked my booking and after confirming the fact that I had booking for 5 people they provided me one mattress for no additional cost. On booking.com the apartment was showing bed space for 5-6 persons. Further, the swimmimg pool is in a separate property although adjacent to the apartment building.

WiFi is very very slow

Hotel refused to give toothpaste / toothbrush and staff said that they don’t provide. These are basic toiletries and such things should be included!! Wifi was weak and sometimes didn’t work. Need to be taken care of.

No warm water facility in swimming Pool.

No swiming towels and warm water jn swiming pool

Apartment style with multiple rooms, kitchenette

No washcloths or towels to do dishes. No hand towels. Beds very firm.

Great location, big rooms Miss Sheikha and Miss Wafaa is great host for us.
