Villa Selva Luxury Lakeview Apartment

We loved that you have a stunning view on the lake from the living room, the kitchen and from both beds. The Apartment has some original historical elements and it is so nicely furnished, everything is there to feel comfortable and to enjoy the stay. Carol is a lovely host and provided a lot of information upfront, a beautiful designed pdf booklet. She exactly described how to easily find the gate and gave us a warm welcome. The location is great, 3 min by car to Verbania, and 20 to Stresa. There is a also a beautiful garden. Definitely want to come again with more time.

If you’re reading the reviews you’re probably second guessing whether or not to book this, I’d recommend you to book it before it goes 😅 we traveled off-season so found availability easily. I couldn’t recommend more! Beautiful location and beautiful apartment. Shot zips to all the best towns. Cleanliness was top notch, I also loved the decor and small details throughout the apartment. Host is lovely, she responded to messages quickly and helped us out with touristic stuff. ♥️ PLUS loads of hiking paths all around AND a clean, cute beach just a short walk away.

Carol was very responsive on our arrival and was there to meet us with a warm welcome & orientation . Everything was just perfect. The apartment was magnificent with breathtaking views. The gardens were lush & very well kept. Carol had thought of every detail for us to settle in as if we were “home” from the moment we walked in the door. Cannot wait to return for a longer visit and see Carol & Holly again !

The apartment was very clean and perfectly equipped, with amazing lake view and beautiful garden around the villa. The owner Carol was very nice and helpful, she gave us perfect tips for tourist attractions.

Apartment is in gorgeous old villa, beautifully and tastefully renovated to a very high standard. View of the lake is stunning - sitting on the balcony for breakfast or sundowners is perfect. Gardens are lovely and perfect for dogs. Carol is a perfect hostess, providing great recommendations for trips and restaurants. Will definitely go back - when it's a bit cooler!
