La ubicación, excepcional. Zona tranquila aunque está en el centro del casco histórico. Muy cerca de todo caminando. Que tenga parcela de garaje es un plus.

Olía demasiado a humedad. En la habitación que tienen dos camas el colchón se hunde. La limpieza en la cocina se puede mejorar y el microondas mejor tirarlo a la basura, vergonzoso su estado.
