Inner City Oasis

Very nice location, The host was responsive and cooperated well for a smooth check in. We had a designated parking slot and the kitchen was well stacked.

The bed was very comfortable, the location was good.

Having to climb into the shower, I was not informed it would be a bath shower & I have a bad hip. It was very unsafe for me to be climbing in and out of such a deep, slippery bath.

Location. Secure underground parking. Security in the complex. Instructions for getting in were excellent. Night light in the bathroom.

Outdoor noise because the unit is on the corner of the building and a busy street. Bathroom: pebble floor was very uncomfortable to walk on, whether with shoes or bare feet; nowhere to hang towels; shower is over a very deep bath, with no grab rail or non-slip mat (we bought one and left it in the apartment because our party did not feel safe getting in and out for a shower). We had to ask for, and were given, extra hand towels. Only one tea towel. Windows, vents and wire screens need cleaning. We cleaned the coffee machine so we could use the coffee pods provided. The description is contradictory: in one place it now says split level (it didn't when we booked), the photos show internal stairs BUT in Accessibility it says "entire unit located on the ground floor". One of the bedrooms is not on the same level as the bathroom. The patio off the upstairs bedroom did not not match the quality of most of the rest of the apartment especially the rusting furniture.

We loved the set up and it was a really nice place, we all so love how the manager would send very clear message that would have step by step instructions on getting into our property
