"Precioso y en el centro de Lisboa"

Un piso súper cuqui , muy nuevo todo , tamaño perfecto y sobretodo en el centro centro de Lisboa, con unos ventanales preciosos que daban a dos calles e incluso podía verse al fondo el río y la Praza do comercio . Increíble!!!!! Podría vivir allí semanas !!! Es una pasada !

コメルシオ広場に近くとても便利な場所だが、人通りが多すぎない道に面していて、静かに過ごせる。斜め向かいに派出所があり常に警察官が立っているので、治安が守られている。部屋はベッドルームが独立し、キッチンやリビングの広さも十分で快適に過ごせる。部屋が東南の角部屋で、窓がたくさんあるので部屋が明るい。室内でも日当たりのよいところに洗濯を干せるもがよかった。

一見、部屋は綺麗だが、掃除が行き届いていない。まず、シャワールームの排水が詰まっていて、水があふれた。（メッセージをしたら、翌日には解消してくれた。）次に、掃除機を使おうとしたら壊れていた。メッセージで状況を伝えた、詰まったゴミを取り除くように、との返答。掃除機の掃除は私の仕事ではない！と返したところ、解消しに来てくれた。滞在中に、２度も不快なやりとりをすることになり、ストレスを感じた。 洗濯機の使い方がよく分からず、毎回の洗濯にとても時間がかかった。丁寧な取り扱い説明書があるとよい。

Localização excelente. Utensílios e mobiliário conservados e modernos.

O único defeito é a falta de prateleiras no WC para colocar sabonete, shampoo, cremes, etc.
