Appartement très bien placé dans Lisbonne, rue typique avec quelques commrces à proximité, très bien pour notre famille de 5

L'appartement est dans une rue festive le vendredi et samedi soir (nous le savions donc pas de problème) en revanche les voisins étaient vraiment très bruyants (lave-linge qui tourne à 6h du matin...)

Плюси: відремонтована ванна кімната, багато спальних місць, кондиціонери в кожній кімнаті, наявність кавомашини з капсулами,чудовий вид з балкону. Також поруч є магазин Ashan, а також time out market, площа комерції та залізничний вокзал в пішій доступності.

Квартира знаходиться в старому будинку з аж надто "автентичним" під'їздом, сходи вузькі і стрімкі, з валізами буде важко. Ще один мінус старого будинку - погана звукоізоляція. Також витяжка на кухні біля плити потребує заміни або генерального прибирання.

Nos gustó mucho lo limpia que estaba la casa y las prestaciones que tenía ( aseo limpio , aire acondicionado, camas confortables y sábanas y suelo limpio) no había polvo y eso es muy importante para una familia que viaja con hijos y necesita esas calidades.

No nos gustó mucho el ambiente de la calle, ni que piso tuviera esas escaleras tan pronunciadas y estrechas ( optamos por dejar las maletas en el coche y subir solamente lo justo y necesario) era muy incómodo subir todo. Pero entendemos que son edificios antiguos y es lo que hay, el portal no estaba muy limpio y daba mala imagen , pero al ver la casa y su limpieza pues olvidas lo demás.
