Please note that as of the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 2 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of €40 per pet, per stay applies. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. Please note that late check-in has the following surcharges: - EUR 10 from 20:00 to 22:00; - EUR 20 from 22:00 to 24:00. Self check in available with no extra costs upon advance payment of the reservation. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. Final cleaning is included. Please note that public parking is available, no reservations is needed, and charges may apply.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
