Amazing location. Was quite clean

Just needed better lighting as no natural light. Has a washing machine but no clothes dryer to hang your clothes.

The location is amazing close to everything, the subway was around the corner, bars and restaurants all around. Good value considering the price.

It was a bid humid and there were no windows, only two small glasses on the front door, while open it felt like the front door was open and the people passing by could easily peek inside.

"Appartement très bien placé mais sans aucune lumière."

Emplacement très central, tres pratique, on peut aisément prendre le métro à moins de cent mètres ou rayonner à pieds. Arrivée autonome très simple.

Il s agit plus d une grotte que d un appartement ! La seule source de lumière naturelle est composée de deux mini fenestrons en verre depoli sur la porte d entrée. De plus les sources de lumières artificielles sont des luminaires aux ampoules hs ou équipés d ampoules à économie d énergie qui n éclairent rien du tout. Je n ai personnellement jamais vu d appartement aussi sombre . Quelques travaux d entretien et de rénovation seraient nécessaires notamment dans la salle de bains.

La ubicación está en el centro,

Los ruidos tanto de la calle aunque se encuentre en una travesía hay bastante ruido de la calle, se debería pensar en insonorizar o cambiar las puertas. Nada de ventilación al tratarse de un bajo, no tenía aire acondicionado solo un ventilador
