Great location

there are a lot of strange men that hang around outside the apartment that made us feel very unsafe, the apartment was bare - advertised washing machine but left no detergent etc, it was really not worth buying one for the four nights we were there which meant that it was not useable, coffee pod no pods etc, it would have been really nice to be able to use them! There was also not enough toilet rolls - only two half used rolls were there so we had to buy some. There was also only 1 towel each, so we were not able to properly dry our hair, nor were we able to wash them!

Everything was great, all instruction was clear, location as good

Eveitin was great, only one is the property need refresh !

The bed was not made when I checked in I.e. after 3pm. The cleaners came only after a while I was there. They should.have clean the room before the arrival of the guest. The photo attached is how the bed was when I arrived. I t was not made, the bedding was not changed yet which is not welcoming. The washer was not working properly. It won't stop and when it stopped after almost two hours it made a whirring sound as it the washer was about to be detached from the wall. No water kettle which is very essential for making coffee. No windows.

The location was fantastic. It was small and clean but had everything we needed.

The washing machine does not work. We travel with backpacks (few clothes), which is partly why we chose to do so. There was no detergent in the apartment. We had to go to the small shop for approx. To buy for €20, after that it turned out that the washing machine was not working. (and makes creepy sounds) It is not mentioned in the offer that the accommodation has no windows. The air was very humid, that could be alleviated somewhat with the fan and dehumidifier located there. However, to be able to use it I had to clean the filter of the machine because it was blowing hot air. It takes approx. 15 liters of water from the air in the room per day. In the bathroom, water drips from the ceiling lamp. This is more than dangerous! During our stay there, water continuously dripped into the bucket prepared underneath. Unfortunately, on the second day, we noticed that the apartment was full of cockroaches crawling out of the ceiling lamp in the large room. Additionally we also managed to knock down a few pieces in the bathroom. There were no paper towels, toilet paper, handkerchiefs or other equipment, and all of these had to be bought. Compared to the fact that you can rent a hotel room for a little much higher price, this was not worth the price.

I recently stayed at this apartment and, unfortunately, I have to say it was quite disappointing. While the central location is undoubtedly convenient, there were numerous issues that overshadowed this positive aspect. Firstly, this is not an apartment—it is a basement. The smell was almost unbearable, and there were no windows to alleviate it. The washing machine was out of order, and despite washing just two t-shirts, they remained damp and never fully dried over three days—highlighting the pervasive moisture in the entire space. Both the floor and the furniture, including the bed and sofa, were also damp. Out of all my stays over the years, this would have to be the most un-recommended accommodation I’ve experienced. I hope the hosts can address these issues for future guests.
